Confirm all flights and times 72 hours prior to departure.  Check-in at least 2 hours prior to departure for domestic flights, 3 hours prior to departure for international flights.  Legal photo identification will be required to check-in and board.  Other documentation may also be required (see above).  Information, such as  Name(s), gender(s) and date(s) of birth on reservation(s) and document(s) must be identical. Cancellation or changes of transportation or travel services are subject to a non-refundable fee up to $350.00 plus any difference in fares.

Rights of California Customers

All payments for transportation or travel services not provided to the passenger and not in violation of any terms and conditions of sale will be promptly refunded unless you otherwise advise Away We Go Travel, Inc.  2453 W Whittier Blvd,  La Habra, CA  90631 in writing.  This business is a participant in the Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation.

You, the passenger, may request reimbursement from  Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation (TCRC) if you are owed a refund of more than $50 for transportation or travel services which was not refunded in a timely manner by Seller of Travel who was registered and participating in the TCRC at the time of sale.  The maximum amount which may be paid by the TCRC to any one passenger is the total amount paid on behalf of the passenger to the Seller of Travel, not to exceed $15,000.  A claim must be submitted to the TCRC within six months after the scheduled completion date of the travel.  A claim must include sufficient information and documentation to prove your claim and a $35 processing fee.  You must agree to waive your right to other civil remedies against a registered participating Seller of Travel for matters arising out of the sale for which you file a claim with the TCRC,  if you were located in California at the time of the sale.  You may request a claim form by writing to:  Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation,  P.O.
