Africa

When most people think of Africa they are thinking of a safari and seeing all the wild animals on the Serengeti. So I'm going to try and talk about the most popular tours and places to visit.

South Africa
In South Africa you will find Kruger National Park. It is a massive park crowded with wildlife. They say the best time to visit and animal watch is June thru October. The average Fahrenheit temperature in June is 55. This stays pretty consistent thru summer, and starts to increase some in October. The park is almost 200 miles long and is home to the entire "Big Five", as well as giraffe, hippo and almost 500 species of birds.

Zambia

Zambia is just northeast of South Africa. In Zambia you will want to visit Victoria Falls. The falls are an awesome sight. If you go you don't want to miss this! It is over twice the size of Niagara Falls. The best way to visit these thundering falls is by guided tour along its scenic rim adjacent the rainforest.

Kenya
Kenya is located on the east coast of Central Africa. It is about the size of Texas and is bisected by the equator. In July Kenya's average high temperature is around 69 degrees F. April and May are the rainy seasons for this area. In Kenya you will find Aberdane National Park, Amboseli National Park, Tsavo National Park, Samburu National Reserve, Lake Nakuru National Park, and Masai Mara National Reserve. There is no shortage of things to see in any of these parks.

Tanzania
Serengeti National Park is located in Tanzania. It is one of the Worlds finest Wildlife preserves. Here you will find herds of wildebeests and Zebras.
